  Hi all E-learning practices in higher education have become increasingly popular due to their flexibility and accessibility. I've discovered from this session that through online forums and virtual group projects, e-learning can additionally provide opportunities for collaboration and interaction between students and teachers. E-learning is a more inclusive educational strategy as it can accommodate a variety of learning preferences and styles.  Hi all This session taught me that, to offer successful online learning experiences, it's critical to keep up with the most recent advancements in technology and methodology. E-learning trends are constantly evolving. Personalized learning approaches and interactive components can also significantly improve student engagement and retention. Additionally, tracking progress by students and modifying content based on that information can help enhance the overall effectiveness of e-learning activities. Learning initiatives and BYOD policies may also help students by enabling them to access information on their own devices, which can increase ease of use and adaptability.  Session 2 In this session, I learned about a variety of new teaching strategies and techniques that I can implement in my classroom to engage students and enhance their learning experience. Quizlet is a popular language education app that offers an engaging and creative learning approach for 21st-century learners. It enhances information, vocabulary utilization, knowledge acquisition, and self-education. Quizlet is flexible, customizable, and provides real-time feedback, encouraging active participation. However, quizzes often focus on memory rather than critical thinking, which can be challenging for students with memory issues. Conveners can use various assessment techniques for a more comprehensive assessment of students' learning.
